The Services Selection Board (SSB) is a 5-day evaluation process designed to test your mental, physical, psychological, and leadership qualities to become a future officer in the Armed Forces of India. ๐ฎ๐ณ
๐ฐ SSB Interview Process (5 Days)
- Day 0 (Reporting Day): Document verification, briefing, and allotment of chest numbers.
- Day 1 โ Screening Test:
- OIR (Officers Intelligence Rating Test)
- PPDT (Picture Perception and Discussion Test)
- Day 2 โ Psychological Tests:
- TAT (Thematic Apperception Test)
- WAT (Word Association Test)
- SRT (Situation Reaction Test)
- SDT (Self-Description Test)
- Day 3 & 4 โ GTO Tasks + Interview:
- Group Discussion, GPE, PGT, HGT, Command Task, Lecturette, Individual Obstacles, etc.
- Personal Interview (based on PIQ form and life story)
- Day 5 โ Conference Day: A panel evaluates your overall performance and announces results.
